Our Quality Assurance Team performs inspections at each level of the process including part verification, pull testing, weld inspection, braid and breakout validation, precise measuring and continuity testing. Elite is dedicated to ensuring that every harness or cable that leaves our facility is perfect. We are ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 certified. Our customers can depend on precision, consistency and quality.
Engineering, Research and Development
Unlike most wire harness manufacturers, Elite features an Engineering and Research & Development team. From the very first steps of the quoting process, we verify BOMs, wire type, wire gauge, part availability and all other details to meet our customer’s exact specifications. This team builds all first articles and engineers full-scale drawings for our manufacturing department. Our R & D team goes above and beyond as we also test each component of our builds to make sure they are exactly what our customers need. When building a first article, we also build a second article to run through an evaluation which includes heat, cold, moisture and abrasion testing. These along with other durability tests ensure quality products for our customers. This department sets us apart and is one of the reasons we are ELITE.
